Car accident in Linn County

Linn County, Iowa (KCRG) – Two vehicles were involved in an accident in Linn County on Sunday afternoon.

Shortly after 3:30 p.m., the Sheriff -Sheriff reacted, the rescue of Linn County Sheriff, Marion Fire, Marion Police, Iowa State Patrol and Area Ambulance to call a car accident in Highway 13 and County Home Road. The deputy of a sheriff by Linn County experienced the accident when he happened.

The driver of a 2025 Cheverolet Silverado drove south on Highway 13 when they did not stop at a stop sign and hit a white Toyota Camry 2009. The driver of the Camry had stopped and was in the process of bending north to Highway 13.

As a result of the impact, the Silverado rolled three times in the middle median and came to rest on the wheels, while the camry came to rest in the shooting track and caused a slight interruption at the intersection.

The driver of the Silverado was pulled out of the vehicle by Marion Fire and Linn County Rescue and brought to a local hospital with non -life -threatening insakes. The driver of the Camry was sore, but rejected the treatment.
