Cavs G Donovan Mitchell receives the ankle injury against Pacers in game 4

Indianapolis-Die Cleveland Cavaliers could not take a break in the first half of game 4 against the Pacers, and they didn't get any in the second half when the all-star Guard Donovan Mitchell left the game with an injury.

Mitchell played 20 minutes in the first half of the game on Sunday and scored 12 points with a rebound, a steal, without templates and two sales. It was a sloppy half for the entire CAVS team that entered the half-time 80-39 to Indiana.

Things got worse when Mitchell did not get out of the changing room for the second half. He was not on the bench when the Cavs took the court, and in the middle of the third quarter, the CAVs announced that he suffered a left ankle injury.

Mitchell was listed as doubtful to return with the ankle injury.

The CAVs have currently dropped 2-1 in the series and would stand against a excretion game on Tuesday with a Pacers victory in game 4.
