Man plows trucks in juvenile penalty in Johnson County

Johnson County – According to the Sheriff office of the Johnson County, a man looks like several criminal complaints from several criminal charges after driving his truck to a youth liability center.

Officials call it a “horrific and deliberate act of violence”.
