Taylor Swift in Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni Litigation

The legal dispute between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni came back to the spotlight last week.

Taylor Swift, a long -time friend of LIVELY, was charged as a witness in Baldoni's lawsuit against him. It ends with us co-star.

It is the latest step in a bitter legal dispute over the dark romantic drama.

We know the following about Swift's commitment.

Why is Swift involved?

Swift was drawn into the headlines in relation to the case for the first time after Baldoni submitted his 179-page suit in January.

The lawsuit contained an example of A text message in which a “Taylor” is mentioned.

“I really love what you did. It really helps. Makes it so much funnier and more interesting. (And I would have felt like that without Ryan and Taylor),” wrote Baldoni with a Wink -emoji.

Another text is supposed to have lively reference of Game of Thrones.

“If you ever look at Game of Thrones, you will appreciate that I am Khaleesi and how you have a few dragons,” says the text.

“For good or bad, but usually better. Because my dragons also protect those for which I fight. So we all benefit from my beautiful monsters from me. They will also promise.”

Baldoni claims that “Dragons” were an indication of her husband Ryan Reynolds and Swift.

Was it in charge?

Yes.

A spokesman for Swift refused to commit the commitment outside the licensing of her song My Tears Ricochet for a trailer and a scene from the film.

They claim that the summons are only “Boulevard -Clickbait”.

Here is the complete statement received by CNN:

“Taylor Swift never set the set of this film, it was not involved in casting or creative decisions, she did not rate the film, she has never seen an editing or made notes to the film, she only looked with us for weeks until he ended with us.

“In view of the fact that your participation was to licens a song for the film that 19 other artists have also done, this document pre -load is designed in such a way that you use the name of Taylor Swift to arouse the public interest by creating boulevard -clickbait instead of focusing on the facts of the fall.”

Has LIVELY responded to Swift's summons?

Yes.

A LIVELY spokesman said Baldoni and his legal team “continue to transform a case of sexual harassment and retaliation in entertainment for the tabloids”.

“This is a very serious legal matter, not Barnum and Bailey's circus,” added the speaker.

The defendants insert, ashamed and continue to publicly influence the rights and reputation of women, ashamed and attack them.

What happened between Lively and Baldoni?

In December 2024, LIVELY BALDONI, the production company of the film, and others sued for sexual harassment and a smear campaign to “destroy” their reputation.

Baldoni returned in January 2025 and submitted a lawsuit against LIVELY and REYNOLDS about claims to blackmail, defamation and violation of privacy.

A Baldoni lawyer called the allegations “completely wrong, outrageous and deliberately holding”.

He is looking for 400 million US dollars (625 million US dollars) and legal proceedings.

In a changed complaint submitted in February, LIVELY claimed, other women also received demands on Baldonis behavior on the set.

The Live Lively, Mike Gottlieb, confirmed that his client is willing to speak in court in court.

“The ultimate moment for the history of a plaintiff is in court. We expect this to be the case here [with Lively]”, Said Mr. Gottlieb.

“Of course she will testify.”

The Livefarer Studios case will be brought to trial in March 2026.
