Taylor Swift in Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni Litigation

The legal dispute between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni came back to the spotlight last week.

Taylor Swift, a long -time friend of LIVELY, was charged as a witness in Baldoni's lawsuit against him. It ends with us co-star.

Why is Swift involved?

Swift was drawn into the headlines in relation to the case for the first time after Baldoni submitted his 179-page suit in January.

A spokesman for Swift refused to commit the commitment outside the licensing of her song My Tears Ricochet for a trailer and a scene from the film.

They claim that the summons are only “Boulevard -Clickbait”.

What happened between Lively and Baldoni?

In December 2024, LIVELY BALDONI, the production company of the film, and others sued for sexual harassment and a smear campaign to “destroy” their reputation.

Baldoni returned in January 2025 and submitted a lawsuit against LIVELY and REYNOLDS about claims to blackmail, defamation and violation of privacy.

A Baldoni lawyer called the allegations “completely wrong, outrageous and deliberately holding”.
