The grandmother in Washington died after eating a mischied biscuit, says family, says family

A family in Washington sues Safeway because of the death of Margaret Jean Bryant, 78, of whom they say they died after eating a misstaired peanut butter.

“Margaret Jean Bryant was permanently robbed of her ability to grow up her children and grandchildren with her loving husband of almost 60 years,” said the court documents received by FOX News Digital.

The documents claim that Bryant bought peanut butter biscuits on April 7, 2023, which incorrectly called oatmeal biscuits from their local safeway in Washington.

After eating one of the cookies from the package, she felt sick and went to the toilet, it said in the documents.

A month after the death of Bryant, Albertson's company-one food and drug dealer, the Safeway is associated with the same 18-count-hair-flakes-pussy biscuits from the same business from which Bryant had bought them. The called back cookies were sold between 5 and April 17, 2023, and no further business locations were listed in the recall.
