Nintendo Switch 2 Leck shows Joy-Con-Maus controls in action

Nintendo enthusiasts stick to their hats because this is wild. The latest leak offers a first look at the new menu “Potential Switch 2 Home”. And apparently they give mouse controls for … Joy-Cons. Yes. MOUSE. Controls.

The clip appeared in the Nintendo app today (you never know where to go), and it showed someone who fled the laptop mouse controls smoothly on the new menu 2 Home Home. Hander on the screen, click on random symbols, all the Shebang. It was smooth; It was strange; And while I hesitate to say it, it could have been possible to make sense.

Now, before everyone loses their mind, we take it apart, should we? The switch already has gyro control, a fact that is known to every Splatoon or Zelda player. But turn a single Joy-Con into a real mouse? That is … Well, you cannot imagine going through the eShop without searching the menus of the old school as in 2005. Or give these RTS games with a little love on the switch, somehow Nightmare currently only with the controller.

But the definition of the question is: Why? Does Nintendo promote productivity? Hidden web browser? Or is it just a freak experiment that will never see the light of the day? If you know Nintendo, it could be in both directions.

And before someone tries to say it – no, this leak does not confirm that the Switch 2 tomorrow starts. Or next week. Or even this year. But it seems to give the fire a little coal that Nintendo could make its next console as much larger than just a stricter switch. Maybe they finally assume that they take hybrid seriously.

Okay before the comments go crazy: If you doubt the leak, keep a 50/50 chance in your head that it is either real or a random photoshop project. But if it looks so polished and the fact that Nintendo is not just a random Twitter account today? The weight lies with the former.

If Joy-Cons can indeed be twice as a mouse, what else can you do? Complete keyboard support? Touchpad gestures? Language commands where the Joy-Con simply shouts back? Okay, maybe not the last one. Nevertheless – that is the kind of strange, unexpected turn that Nintendo makes … well, Nintendo.

Now we can only wait. And maybe they practice turning these joys into the case.
