Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, OKC Thunder Tie NBA Playoff series against Nuggets

Denver-Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored 25 points and the Oklahoma City Thunder brought his NBA playoff series against the Denver Nuggets with a 92-87 victory in the game 4 of the Western Conference in the Ball Arena with a 92-87 victory.

Cason Wallace (11 points), Aaron Wiggins (11 points) and Alex Caruso (10 points) delivered the bank for the thunder.

Nevertheless, this best-of-Seven series of the second round will return 2-2 to OKC.

Game 5 is set in the Paycom Center in OKC on Tuesday evening at 8:30 p.m.

The Thunder played in the regular season in just 24 coupling games (brim five points or less in the last five minutes), a league deep. OKC came through late Sunday.

Nikola Jokic scored 27 points for the Nuggets on 7-against-22-Waten, which scored 29: 18 in the fourth quarter. Aaron Gordon, who set in a 3 pointer in a 3 pointer to 90-87 for 1.6 seconds, ended with 15 points.

Jalen Williams frozen the game for OKC with two free throws to the left.

It was an ugly from the radius with OKC with 24.4% (10-for-41) on 3 pointers, while Denver shot 24.4% (11-by-45).

However, Nikola Jokic missed both free throws. Pay maybe not lies?

End of the third quarter: Nuggets 69, Thunder 63 | Denver builds lead

It was only a matter of time before the Nuggets made some recordings.

Denver made seven 3-point counters in the third quarter after driving 3 out of 22 out of three in the first half.

The Nuggets exceeded Thunder 33-21 in the third quarter. While Denver started to zero, the thunder continued to defend the Nuggets zone zone.

The thunder is to fall into a 3: 1 hole.

Denvers first lead comes from an Aaron Gordon 3, in which he had time. Nuggets 3/4 from Deep to start the second half and outperform OKC 17-10.

The thunder goes half -time and shoots a miserable 34.0% of the floor and even worse 13.6% behind the bow.

And leads the game.

This is because Denver shoots worse for as bad as Oklahoma City. The nuggets shoot 21.1% from the ground, including 13.6% of Deep. After they were not double -digit in the first quarter, they finally came to the second quarter for two minutes.

Without a large discrepancy of Freiwurfl-Discrepanz, the nuggets would be in a large hole. They shot 20 free throws and made 17 out of 9 of 9 from the line of the Thunder.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander leads all goal scorers with 15 points, while Nikola Jokic and Christian Braun both have 11 for the nuggets.

It is the tradition for fans in the Ball Arena to stand until Denver scores his first points.

Jalen Williams let them wait.

When Aaron Gordon tried to put the all-star back forward at 10:50 a.m., Williams put the ball away for the theft. And when Michael Porter Jr. climbed from a screen for a 3 pointer at 9:35 a.m., Williams chased him after the block.

Williams and OKC forced Denver to miss his first six shot attempts by the game before Christian Braun finally ended the drought with a dark at 8:08. The nuggets ultimately went 2 for 22 from the field (9.1%) and 0 for 14 from the first quarter.

OKC also had trouble scoring. The thunder went 6 from the field (27.3%) and 1 for 11 from Deep (9.1%), but at the end of the quarter he still had a lead of 17: 8.

OKC and Denver bound the least combined points in the first quarter (25) in NBA Playoff history.

Maybe the worst quarter of all series in these playoffs. Nuggets are 2 for 19 (!!!). Thunder shoot 30%. The teams have teamed up to shoot 1 for 21 from Deep. Air balls in abundance.

Oklahoma City's comparative playoff experience under his list is minimal. That is obvious.

But what about his coaching staff?

This series only marks the fourth for Mark Daignault's employee, which means that its trainers also have actively growing pain.

“We are trying to grow with every experience and develop,” said Daignault, “whether this is our coaching staff, our players. But in terms of experience, I mean, this is a great opportunity for us.

“The experience is something that we have no control over. At the end of the day we are where we are. We played the games we played, we didn't play the games that we didn't play.”

After the loss of game 1, OKC reacted well in game 2. It brought a victory of 149-106, and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander promoted 34 points and eight templates. The thunder will take another appearance again on Sunday with your back against the wall. I expect Gilgeous-Alexander to recover from his fights in game 3 and help the OKC 2-2 with the binding of this series.
