The most important staff resigns from the private boarding school after “strapping” the abuse scandal

Important executives in a prestigious private boarding school, which was shaken by older schoolmates from the systematic physical abuse of young students, have resigned.

The staff of the ballarate grammar was informed on Tuesday that the head of the school boarding facility at the school, Alex Sylvan, had resigned and would not return if term 2 begins next week.

The resignations come because the parents continue to put pressure on the ballarate grammar because it reacts to the allegations that up to 10 high -ranking students have carried out a persistent physical abuse of younger students.Credit: Joe Armao

The leadership of the regional Victorian school praised Sylvan's efforts as head of the house and wished the experienced teacher well.
