MLB Highlights: Erick Fedde throws the first career complete games

The sixth week (May 5th to May 11th) is in the books and as always there were many highlights from all over the league!

Things this week really ended with Mother's Day, since all mothers of the players were in full power, as well as the pink clothing, which was the vacation.

The Royals star Salvador Perez even let his mother throw the first place to celebrate the occasion.

Let us come to the highlights this week! Each section is sorted in the following order: History, Pitching, Walking, Homeruns, Fielding.

Story

Although he made his debut in the Major League in 2022, it took until this year until Centerfield Brewer Hickland had started his first hit with a big league. Hickland drove on the plate with two runs and a walk 2-3.

Pitching

Although there may not be a lot of pitching highlights this week, St. Louis Cardinale Pitcher Erick Fedde not only threw a shutout, but it is also his first complete game – nine strike outs and six hits with no single dough!

Walk-offs

Another week, another Miami Marlins Walk-Off! This time it came against the Los Angeles Dodgers at the bottom of the 10th inn. It is the team's first and only victory against the Dodgers this season.

We saw walk-off Homeruns. We saw walk-off singles. We even saw a walk-off colored. But how about Jorge Sol's triple triple for the Angels?!

It was his only success of the night, but Freddy Fermin went for the Kansas City Royals to extend a once 12-game winning shop before it came to an end!

Shortly after the shot manager Derek Shelton ended the Pittsburgh Pirates on Mother's Day to end the week with the kind permission of Joey Bart!

How could you better extend your winning streak to eight games than a walk-off with a pink bat on Mother's Day? The Minnesota Twins remained the hottest team in the American League last week and was picked up with this tour of Dashawn Keirsey Jr.!

Home runs

The first Baseman of New York Yankees, Ben Rice, shot this for his very first Grand Slam after the deep right field!

Rice was not the only one who had a Grand Slam – Arizona Diamondbacks Catcher Gabriel Moreno also accepted one of his own!

Chalk one of a cork -rash mixture for the store star of the Red Sox star, Alex Bregman when he reached 200 career -Home -Runs last week!

No better way to return from the injured list than to meet a Homerun in the past week, as Jackson Merrill did for the San Diego Padres!

Jasson Dominguez not only had his first two-home run game, but he also had his first three-home run game while at the same time beating bombs from both sides of the plate!

Arizona Diamondbacks star Ketel Marte sent him a focus on the park and did a couple at night!

The Chicago White Sox -Rookie Tim Elko made its MLB debut and career as best as possible last week -with a bomb to the left!

The Power -Hitter by Philadelphia Phillies, Kyle Schwarber, is now connected to Aaron Richter for the league leadership in home runs at the age of 14 after reaching his second bomb of the night!

Field

The third Baseman of San Diego Padres, Manny Machado, does Manny Machado things as usual. At that point, we should expect such pieces from him every year, but still overfores and how nonchalant he pulls them off.

Yes, he is back in our weekly highlights. Daulton Varsho, after making the hook of the year last week, comes back this time with an outstanding Homerunraub for the Blue Jays!

Sometimes the players leave their diving catches, but the Centerfield Dylan Crews of the Washington Nationals were everything he had, in this crazy diving catch!

And that's it from the highlights this week! Make sure you make a show for the MLB MLB program for all US fans next Sunday!
