Two men who were injured in the crash on Highway 6 and stretch the west of Gallatin

Two men were injured on Sunday afternoon in an accident with two vehicles at the intersection of the Highway 6 and the Route DD, two miles west of Gallatin in Davies County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred on May 11, 2025 at 12:45 p.m. when an 18-year-old man from Albany drove a 2006 Ford F-150 on the Route DD to the south. The Ford driver could not give in to a stop sign and entered the path of a Chrysler 300 in eastern 2015 by a 37-year-old man from Gallatin.

The Ford met the Chrysler at the intersection. Both vehicles were overall and came to rest on the southeast side of the intersection – the Ford to the southwest and the Chrysler to the southeast. Both were towed out of the scene by Bridgeman's.

The drivers who wore both seat belts suffered minor injuries. They were brought for treatment by Davies County Community Ambulance to the Cameron Regional Medical Center.

The Sheriff's office of the Davies County supported at the scene.
