Dejan Kulusevski missed Tottenham training on Monday when Spurs sweat over his fitness as Spurs before the Europa League final.

Kulusevski was forced in the first half of the 2-0 defeat on Sunday against Crystal Palace for a strong challenge by Eagles captain Marc Guehi.

After the game, Poseteclou said that the Swede should be “okay” and that the medical department of Spurs “is not too concerned with him”.

But Kulusevski's fitness is the key to Spurs before the end of the Europa League against Manchester United on May 21.

Spurs are already without Lucas Bergvall and James Maddison due to injuries and Kulusevski is the only playmaker in the squad.

After he had gone against the palace, Spurs fought to push the ball forward or hold it.

Postecoglou should provide an update to Kulusevski's fitness if it holds a press conference on Monday afternoon.

After the palace game, the Spurs head coach said: “Should be okay to only speak to him. The medical team is not too concerned with him, rather a knock than anything else. So we hope that he should be okay.”

Heung-Min son trained with the trace squad when he returned when he came from the bank to play against the palace for 32 minutes.

Son had missed the previous six Spurs games with a disturbing foot injury.

Before the final of the Europa League, Spurs will play in Villa Park in the Premier League Aston Villa on Friday evening.
