Edan Alexander New Jersey Hometown organizes the release watch party after the Hamas statement

A lot in New Jersey gathers on Monday morning to have kidnapped the expected publication by Edan Alexander, the last living US citizen, from Hamas terrorists who have been held hostage for over 19 months.

People gather in Tenafly, Where Alexander grew upTo observe a live stream of the expected release of the Israeli-American national after the Hamas said in a statement on Sunday that It will be freed from captivity.

Hamas's statement did not state when Alexander's release will take place, but two Hamas officers informed the Associated Press that they expected it to take place within 48 hours.

The 20 -year -old Alexander was a soldier in the Israeli defense forces when he was kidnapped on October 7, 2023.
