Nintendo Switch 2 console leaks early and shows great weakness

According to reports, the motherboard of a Nintendo Switch 2 console leaked early, which in turn gave new insights into the performance of the console. And a word of a large weakness of the console is included in this insight. In particular, there is no CPU of the Nintendo Switch 2, which means that the console may be difficult to do a few different types of games and genres: real-time strategy games, Grand Strategy Games, Simulation Games, MMORPGs and to a lesser extent, demanding RPGs and games with advanced physics and AI. In addition to the CPU, the console has so far asked for performance tests.

The performance test takes place the path of the popular YouTuber Geekerwan, which thanks to Xianyu, which is essentially the Chinese version of Ebay, was able to get the Nintendo Switch 2 Motherboard up early. And what Centro looks like, there are some interesting details that can be drawn from the test.

On the one hand, the SOC seems to be recorded in 2021, which probably means that this console could be released much earlier if it did not have the pandemic and the disorder that it caused.

In the meantime, a simulated benchmark shows that is carried out on a PC with the cabinet specifications on the Nintendo Switch 2 that the GPU is quite strong during the docked and is similar to a GTX 1050 Ti. In portable mode, it is of course weaker and more similar to a PS4.

While the GPU checks, the CPU leaves a lot of space for improvements, with the tests that you will find a lot of week, and much weaker than the steam deck from 2022. This will probably not be a big problem with many games, but just like the Nintendo switch, it will keep many games from Switch 2 out of, especially high-end-time strategy and Grand Strategy.
