Chicago Cash today: Car falls against the light rod on the Lincoln Square in Western and Lawrence, says the police; CTA buses affected

Chicago (WLS) – According to the police in Chicago, a crash on the city's northwest side was injured at least three people on Monday.

The crash occurred around 2:59 a.m. in the 4700 block of the Western Avenue N. in the Lincoln Square district, the police said.

A man drove south to the western Avenue with a Buick Lacosse when he lost control and crashed against a pole, the police said.

The 56 -year -old driver was taken to a hospital in a serious state.

A woman who was a passenger was taken to a hospital in a hospital with head and breast injuries. Finally she was in a critical condition.

Another female passenger had minor injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.

No other vehicles were involved and no other injuries were reported.

Examined the main inspection unit of CPD.

CTA released the following buses due to the crash: #49b North Western, #49 Western, #x49 Western Express and #11 Lincoln Sedgwick buses.
