According to the preliminary examination of KCPD, a driver raced south in a Cadillac Escalade on the Indiana Avenue when an Acura RSX drove west in the 41st street. When the Acura was going on from a stop sign and the intersection entered, the Cadillac Es and the uninhibited driver of the Acura was ejected.

KCPD said that the Acura driver suffered critical injuries and is in a critical condition in a regional hospital.

The driver of the Cadillac was not injured, but a passenger at the forefront was taken to a hospital with non -life -threatening injuries and remains in a stable state.
