Real Madrid Leiden continues, as Vinícius Júnior's injury confirmed

The injuries to Vinícius Júnior and Lucas Vázquez added to Real Madrid's problems on Monday, with the club being on the verge of missing the title of the Laliga title, and head coach Carlo Ancelotti went to Brazil.

Vinícius and Vázquez both were replaced during Madrids 4-3 Clásico Defeat against Barcelona on Sunday, a result that leaders Barça played seven points with only three games.

The Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) announced on Monday that Ancelotti will take responsibility for the national team from May 26th when the Laliga season completes, although Madrid has not yet answered his departure.

“After the tests carried out today by the Real Madrid Medical Services in Vinícius Jr., he was diagnosed with a sprain in his left ankle,” said the club in a statement on Monday. “His recovery is monitored.”

They also said that right -back Vázquez “was diagnosed with a violation of the pectinus muscle in the left thigh”.

Vinícius provided two templates for Kylian Mbappé in the Clásico In Montjuïc, when France scored a hat trick, but landed on the lost side.

In the 88th minute he was replaced – after trying the injury for some time, he was replaced by the young Victor Muñoz, who soon missed a good opportunity to do the game.

Vázquez, whose mistake had led to Barça's fourth gate, was withdrawn in the 84th minute and replaced by endrick.

The Clásico Loss means that the Laliga title race could be completed this week. Madrid host Mallorca on Wednesday, while Barcelona travels to Espanyol on Thursday.

If Madrid Mallorca has not defeated, Barça Champions would be, with Madrid only able to reach the leaders' points, and Barça has the head-to-head advantage according to her two league Clásico wins this season.

Sources have announced ESPN that Madrid completed a deal on Monday so that Xabi Alonso became the club's new coach at the end of the league season and replaced Ancelotti.

Alonso announced on Friday that he would leave Bayer Leverkusen in the Bundesliga Club after three successful seasons.
