Former local officer who was convicted of drunk driving crash

Gibsonburg, Ohio (WTVG) – A former local police officer was sentenced to the influence and accident for driving.

Court files show that the 23 -year -old Jordan Queen against Ovi was guilty and was not controlled on May 7th. It was released from the Gibsonburg police department after the incident in February.

A judge sentenced her to 180 days in prison, which was suspended at all this time, as recordings. It will also be on probation for three years. As part of her conviction, she must also complete 25 hours of community service.

The investigators said Queen fell into a tree when she drove her own car on North State Route 101. She claims that she drove off the street. When the police answered, she informed the authorities that she had drunk much earlier the night before. They also confiscated their police girdle from the car as evidence.

After the crash, Queen was taken to a hospital for treatment and did an alcohol test. Body Camera film material shows a MP who says that her PBT showed a 171.

She only joined the police in June 2024 and was still in her trial period at the time of the crash.
