Pontiac couple accuses of child abuse, other crimes brought to court – the Oakland Press

The court proceedings are scheduled to begin on September 16 in front of the Oakland Circuit Court for two Pontiac parents with several charges for child abuse and other crimes associated.

Patrick Henke, 45, is charged with 13 crimes: two cases of criminal sexual behaviors in the second degree, three cases of child abuse of second degree, sexually abusive material from child-inflicted possessions, four cases of an intensely indecent exposure and three cases in which he contributes to the determination of a minor.

His co -accused Anna Purdy, 34, is charged with three counts of the child's second degree and contributes to the delinquency of a minor.

The cases developed in January 2024, with the investigators taking part in several interviews with the alleged victims with the alleged victims, according to the Oakland County Sheriff's Office. Purdy initially confirmed that the alleged crimes were committed by Henke, but further investigations showed that they were an accessories for the alleged abuse and that it was also arrested, said the sheriff's office.

Purdy was released in a personal bond last July, which means that no money or a guarantee does not have to be offered. Henke was also published this month after publishing 10% of a bond of 25,000 US dollars.

Judge Kwame Rowe will lead the process.
