Husband charged with ruthless murder about the death of the 2016 wife in Shawano County

Town of Fairbanks (NBC 26) – James Radford, 43, was charged with the first degree ruthless murder and the use of a dangerous weapon in connection with the death of his wife Sabrina Radford 2016.

Radford was charged on April 11, exactly nine years after the death of his wife Sabrina Radford. According to court files, he was taken into custody five days later and a payment bond of 800,000 US dollars was determined by a judge.

On April 11, 2016, 25-year-old Sabrina Radford was found dead in the city of Fairbanks in Shawano County. James Radford, her husband, explained to law enforcement at the time when she shot herself after the couple had a dispute over infidelity.

James Radford told the police that according to a criminal complaint, Sabrina had their hands on the gun when she fired a ball into her chest. However, the Wisconsin Crime Lab found evidence that Sabrina kept her phone when she died and contradicted the defendant's explanation.

In addition, the Wisconsin Crime Lab found no blood or blistering material on the run or mouth of the weapon to support the accused's claim that Sabrina fired the weapon near or on her chest.

Radford's next court appearance is planned for June 9th.
