Watchos 11.5 now available with two new functions for Apple Watch

Apple has just released Watchos 11.5, the latest software update for Apple Watch users, and it has two new functions and an important error repair. Here is what is new.

New Watch Face arrives in Watchos 11.5

It is not often that the Apple Watch wins additional watch faces. These debuts are often set to important new operating system versions or Apple Watch hardware -releases.

But in Watchos 11.5 users find a new Pride Harmony Watch face.

The new face offers a colorful, abstract representation of the Pride flag and makes a nice addition to iOS and iPados 18.5's New Pride background images.

If you own an Apple Watch Series 10, Pride Harmony is also one of the few watch faces that the seconds can show while the display is dimmed.

The Apple Watch Series 10 showed an updated Always-on display, which could be updated more frequently. Unfortunately, most faces do not support the function. But the addition of Watchos 11.5 has become the fifth supported face so far.

Beyond the new face, Watchos 11.5 also contains another new function and fixes a problematic mistake. Via Apple's version information:

• Buy with Apple Watch are available if you buy content in the Apple TV app on a third -party device
• Solves a problem that prevents your iPhone from displaying a notification when the watch is fully charged

It is not a particularly large update for Apple Watch user, but that's not surprising, since Watchos is presented at WWDC for 12 next month.

Watchos 12 rumors state that new Apple Intelligence functions extend alongside some design changes and more to the Apple Watch.
