Shawano County Man is now charged with the death of the woman in 2016

Shawano County, Wisconsin (Wbay) – A man who claimed that his wife died in 2016 by suicide is now charged with ruthless murder in her death.

James Radford was charged with the date in Shawano County on April 11th. He is charged with ruthless first degree murder.

According to a criminal complaint adhered to by Wbay-TV, Radford claimed that his wife cheated him in 2016 and he told her that he would leave her. Radford then told the authorities, his wife said: “I won't live without you.” Then she put a weapon on her chest and pulled the trigger with her thumb.

The criminal complaint shows that a review of the evidence contradicts what Radford informed the law enforcement authorities.

Radford said he found physical liquids on the couch as proof that his wife had cheated on him. The couch was examined by Shawano County Sheriff's Department and Wisconsin Crime Lab, and no body fluids were found on the couch.

In the complaint, Radford said that the victim had both hands on the gun when she fired the ball into her chest. According to the complaint, the victim of paramedics and law enforcement agencies had found her hand as if she was holding a phone. The phone was found next to the hinge, it says in the complaint that she held her phone in her hand, but it makes it impossible to hold the weapon with both hands when she shot herself.

The complaint also states that the phone that belongs to the victim was downloaded, and the authorities found that she sent an SMS that Radford threatened her when she sees another man. This text took place on February 16, 2016.

The authorities also examined the weapon, the complaint, and the crime laboratory in Wisconsin found that there was no blood or blow material at the run or mouth of the weapon. The main detective claims in the complaint that due to his training and experience, blood and setback material should be on the mouth of the weapon if it was touched or close to the victim when the weapon was fired on her chest.

When analyzing the 911 call from Radford in 1 minute and 31 seconds after the call, he realizes that I can't believe it? (Incomprehensible) she shot. The detective in the complaint said he believes Radford says “I”.

The criminal complaint does not explain the nine -year -old gap between the incident and Radford's arrest. Online court files show that Radford was instructed to the Shawano County prison on April 15. A court hearing the following day shows that a bar loan was set to $ 800,000.

His next trial is a status conference for June 9th.
