Flood Watch for North Carolina Mountain, Foothill Counties exhibited

Charlotte, NC (WBTV) – A first watchful weather day was exhibited for heavy rain and the likelihood of storms on Monday, May 12th, which caused some counties to be placed among flood guardians.
