Taylor Swift feels “exploited” by Blake Lively after receiving summons

Taylor Swift had to expect one day to get a summons to testify in Blake Lively's legal drama with Justin Baldoni.

After all, Baldoni's lawyer, Bryan Freedman, indicated for months that he has dropped the superstar singer about what she knows – or what she may have involved in with regard to her friend's shops with Baldoni during the production of her 2024 film, “it ends with us”.

After the summons had finally been issued on Friday, Swift felt forced to finally comment on the case. Her representative made a blasty explanation in which she denied that she was involved in every aspect of the production of the film. The explanation also accused the Baldoni legal team to use the summons to create “Boulevard -Clickbait” to create the case.

As much as the legal tactic of Swift Baldoni has dealt with the explanation of Baldoni, the explanation means that Swift is finally finished with LIVELY after more than 10 years of friendship and in the recording to create a distance between them. The singer “Bad Blood” may understand that the Baldoni and his lawyer summary, but she can blame her to blame her “into this chaos”, said Elaine Lui of Lainey Gossip.

The Daily Mail certainly buys this reading. The British tabloid reported on Sunday that Swift was “destroyed” on Friday and left “completely soil” when it received the summons even though it could not be too surprised. She was also smiled at Mother's Day in Philadelphia with friend Travis Kelce and his family. Nevertheless, the legal step was an escalation in this case and, according to the Daily Mail, apparently quickly forced to re -evaluate the friendship.

“Taylor is aware that Blake has been exploiting her name for some time, but this summons are putting it on a whole new level,” said a source of the Daily Mail.

According to the Daily Mail, Swift was one of her closest confidants until this year. They live only closely together in New York's trendy Tribeca district, and Swift is a godmother of the three daughters of LIVELY.

But in December it started too sour when Lively submitted a lawsuit against Baldoni, her co-star and director for the film, said The Daily Mail. LIVELY claimed that he had sexually inappropriate behavior on the set and launched a retribution -rubbery campaign after she had spoken during production.

Baldoni denied the allegations and submitted a contrast in January, with her husband Ryan Reynolds and her publicity team slandered and blackmail against Lively. Baldoni claims that Lively and Reynolds have worked to take control of the film.

Under the specific claims of Baldonis, Swift and Reynolds are put under pressure to accept one of LIVELY's descriptions for the script, people reported. In his complaint, he described a suspected meeting in Lively and Reynolds' Tribeca Penthouse, in which Swift Lively's screenplay praised. “Baldoni understood the subtext: he had to keep Lively's direction,” says his complaint.

In a alleged text exchange between Baldoni and Lively after this interaction, the director referred to this pressure from “Ryan and Taylor”, but still complement the actor their screenplay changes. LIVELY supposedly replied by comparing himself to Khaleesi from “Game of Thrones” and called her husband and called her “dragons” faster.

Swift's statement seemed to be clearly designed by every role in the production of “IT ends with us”.

“Taylor Swift never set the set of this film on foot, she was not involved in casting or creative decisions, she did not evaluate the film, she never saw an editing or made notes to the film, she did not even see” IT ends with us “and traveled in 2023 and 2024, as it belonged in history, in history, according to cables.

“The connection that Taylor had to this film allowed the use of a song” My Tears Ricochet “,” continued the statement. “In view of the fact that their participation was to licensing a song for the film that 19 other artists also did, this document load is designed in such a way that it uses the name of Taylor Swift to arouse the public interest by creating boulevard -clickbait instead of concentrating on the facts of the fall.”

But Swift's efforts to distance yourself from the production of the film are in contrast, as lively it calls it with it during the entire process, says BuzzFeed News.

If Swift feels “exploited” by Lively, it could be that the actor often commissioned her name in August 2024. Lively said on the New York demonstration:

In addition, the actor Isabela Ferrer contradicted the statement by Swift's representative that she was not involved in Casting decisions, and said that Swift was significantly involved in “it ends with us”. Ferrer played the teenage version of Lively's character Lily Bloom. During an interview with Access Hollywood, Baldoni also said that he showed Ferrer's audition band both alive and Swift, and both agreed that it should be occupied.
