Trump says he could free Abego Garcia from El Salvador, but not not

President Trump, whose administration insisted that she could not bring Kilmar Armando Garcia back from El Salvador to the United States, said that he had the opportunity to return the falsely deported man from Maryland, but not ready to do this because he believes that he was a gang member.

“You could get him back, there is a phone on this desk,” said Terry Moran, a correspondent from ABC News who found a command of the Supreme Court to “relieve” Mr. Abrego Garcia's release.

“I could,” said Mr. Trump.

Mr. Moran said Mr. Trump could call Mr. Bukele and get Mr. Abrego Garcia back immediately.

“And if he were the gentleman they say, I would do that,” said Mr. Trump. “But he's not.” Mr. Trump added that the government's lawyers do not want to contribute to bringing Mr. Abrego Garcia back to the USA.

Mr. Trump's comments not only undermine earlier statements from his top helpers, but were also a blunt sign for the intention of his government to double and defy the courts. Before the interview with ABC News, the government had to resign its refusal to observe the order of the Supreme Court, Mr. Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran migrant. Trump officers said that he was now in a Salvadorical prison, it was the Salvadoranian government to released him.

The Ministry of Justice has argued that it can react to the request of the Supreme Court that the administration “relieves” the release of Mr. Abego Garcia by hardly any more than occurring when he manages to present himself in an entry port.
