The former Houston VA nurse was charged, accused of being laid on VA recordings about the review of the deceased patients

Houston – A former nurse in the Veterans Administration (VA) Medical Center in Houston was arrested after an indictment against the creation of false government documents, the US law firm said.

Christiana Ogbonnaya, 54, from Richmond, was charged on May 7th.

The indictment claims that Ogbonnaya was bound as a nurse in the medical center of Houston VA from July 26th to 27th, 2024.
