Child identified in I-70 accident near Claysville | News, sports, jobs

The forensic doctor in Washington County identified the child, who died on Sunday together with his mother with a tractor -trailer on the Interstate 70.

According to the forensic doctor Timothy Warco, the 4-year-old Abdul-Salami Touray was killed in Columbus.

The state police confirmed that the death of the front seat was the child's mother, but it still has to be identified. According to Warco, Touray was not held back in a car seat. Neither his mother nor the driver wore a seat belt.

The accident occurred shortly after 1 p.m. on Mother's Day near the outcome of Claysville from I-70. The vehicle where Touray and his mother drove to the west when it crossed the median to the lanes straightened to the east, and hit a tractorizer head -on.

The woman was declared dead at the crime scene, while the Touray via the helicopter to the Upmc Washington Hospital was transported, where, according to Warco, he was declared dead at 2:04 p.m. Officials did not identify the driver of the vehicle.

Annial vans and chairs reacted to the scene, along with fire brigades from Claysville, West Alexander, Taylorstown and North Franklin Township.

The state police of Pennsylvania examined.
