• In section 1-4a, three teams are only separated by a game in a fight for third and fourth place behind Playoff-bound bone and Derry.

Two of these three teams collide on Wednesday when Indiana houses 5: 4 Highlands 5: 5 in the section.

Greensburg Salem is also 5-4 because it visits section champion Knoch.

Team tennis -quarter -finals

The WPIAL BOYS 3A TEAM -TENNIS playoffs have a round in the books and now the quarter -finals are planned on Wednesday.

All four games of the second round start at 3:30 p.m.

Team Track restart

With a windy Tuesday that delays the semi -finals, the WPIAL TEAM -TALTHTETHETHETICH -Playoffs will now start on Wednesday.

The Girls programs by North Allegheny and Quaker Valley hope to win a fourth WPIAL title in a row, while the Butler Boys are looking for a simple repetition in 2a in the last five years after a fourth 3A championship.

The four winners at each location in the District District -semi -final will rise to the team finals on May 6th.
