Has Pakistan suffered a radioactivity leak? Egypt's aircraft landing triggers nuclear theories online

On May 11th it was reported that an Egyptian air force aircraft left an airport in the Murree district in Pakistan. The sudden arrival and departure of the aircraft followed India air raids in several places in Pakistan, which has now triggered theories about a radioactivity leak.

One of these locations is the Noor Khan Airbase in Rawalpindi, where the nuclear command is housed in Pakistan.

According to the former CIA employee Derek Grossman, who now acts as a defense analyst at the Rand Corporation, the air strikes of the Indian Air Force (IAF) threatened the Pakistani atomic command on the Noor Khan Airbase. He also claims that the strikes have damaged one of the nuclear facilities that cause a radioactivity culinary.

Remarkably, the central government has given no explanation to the alleged leak and Grossman's account was held back in India.

While the claims are not confirmed, a report by the New York Times states that the United States would have intervened after a ceasefire between the strikes on Noor Khan Airbase. Counted CNN also reported that the US Vice President JD Vance PM Narendra Modi described after receiving “alarming intelligence”.

According to reports, the aircraft from Egypt in Murree landed with a delivery of boron to moist radioactive emissions.

This has triggered a wave of theories online because many speculate a nuclear leak that is shared by Grossman. An X user shared a contribution by a supposed Pakistanical citizen who claimed that the Pakistani army carried out the evacuation due to radioactivity in the region. Others claimed that the locals near the leakage have vomiting, headache and nausea, but there is no official confirmation from the Pakistani government.

Remarkably, the Ak Bharti air marshal was asked during a press contract on May 11th whether the IAF Kirana hill was hit in Sargodha, where Pakistan should keep its nuclear arsenal. He denied the bomb attack on this area: “We didn't meet Kirana Hills. Whatever there was, I didn't inform about it in my briefing about Operation Sebenoor yesterday.”
