After the 121-113 game 4 against the Knicks, New York-Sie could hear a pin in the Celtics surplus room on Monday evening.

In the dark atmosphere, it was much more than the team that fell 3-1 in her series against the Knicks. Instead, the concern about all-star Jayson Tatum, who left the game in the fourth quarter with a serious injury to the right leg.

“It looked like he was injured there, he stayed on the floor for a while,” said Kristaps Porzingis. “I don't know, but it didn't look good. We hope for the best.”

Porzingis and his teammates had no chance after the injury to speak to Tatum when he tried to follow a loose ball.

“I didn't see him,” said Porzingis. “He has people nearby. At the moment it is probably an overwhelming moment.”

The Celtics were on the way to a loss before Tatum went down after nine points in an impressive Knicks rally of the second half in the Madison Square Garden. While Porzingis was likeable with Tatum's situation, he admitted that the team had to stick together and go forward, while the injury failure is at stake with her season.

“We are adult men, do you know?” Said Porzingis. “Who did not have any injuries? It is part of this sport, part of this game, and of course we feel for him. But we have to go forward. He doesn't want us to be sad and not play our best basketball. So we will go out there and let everything out there and live with the results.”

The series is now moving back to Boston for game 5 with the probability that Tatum will not be available for the competition. With a must-profit situation, Porzingis believes that this group can remain alive despite Tatum's situation.

“We have the talent, we have a lot of talent,” said Porzingis. : Even with JT Out, even I may play for 10-15 minutes, we have the boys and we have shown in the past that we can still play really good basketball.

“Obviously there is no substitute for this guy for this guy, no? How, that's a great success for us, 100 percent. But we have to play with the hand we just treated, and that's it.

The Celtics will look forward to the news about Tatum's condition on Tuesday, but Porzingis wants the team to change in the series in Boston on Wednesday evening.

“These things happen again,” said Porzingis. “Obviously we all felt for him at that moment, but we just have to continue playing. Obviously, we all recognized what this could mean in our heads, but this is also part of the sport, it's hard and it is difficult to see and difficult to accept, but it is what it is and we have to go with what we now have.”
