Federal lawsuits claim that the rights of man who have been accused of killing deputies were violated

Cincinnati (Wxix) – A new federal action claims that the authorities had applied excessive violence and violated the rights of a man who was accused of having hit and killed the deputy of a sheriff.

Rodney Hinton Jr., the father of an 18-year-old, who was shot by a police officer of Cincinnati on May 1, is “deliberately” charged when he is the retired deputy of the Hamilton County, the deputy sheriff office, Larry Henderson, on May 2, according to Cincinnati police officer Teresa Theetge.

Connie Pillich, public prosecutor's office by Hamilton County, announced that Hinton was charged with severe murder, murder and crimes.

Court files show that Hinton, 38, the city of Cincinnati, the police department of Cincinnati, the Hamilton County Justice Center, the state of Ohio and several unnamed officials.

In the lawsuit, claims that the MPs filled the courtroom during one of Hinton's hearings, they tried to intimidate it.

The registration calls it “a presence of the coercion in the courtroom, which is excessive strength”.

In the lawsuit it was also claimed that Hinton is “exposed to excessive violence after his arrest, which led to visible injuries”.

In addition, the lawsuit claims that without bonds violates the eighth change.

“This is not just a case. It is a pattern of systemic abuse and intimidation,” Holloway said now to Fox19.

According to the Enquirer, Hinton is looking for compensation for 25 million US dollars.

Fox19 now turned to Hinton's defender Clyde Bennett, who told us that he had nothing to do with this lawsuit.

None of the parties mentioned in the lawsuit have commented on publicly.

Hinton is captured in the Clermont County prison without bond and is pending when convicting the death penalty.
