Princess Kate celebrates nature as her “sanctuary” in the move of new video

Princess Kate has published a new personal video that celebrates the healing power of nature.

The 43-year-old went to her official Instagram page, which she shares with her husband Prince William to share a two-minute clip in which he discusses how nature can benefit those who have to struggle with their well-being.

The video, which becomes regular royal employee, was warr.

Kate, who tells the video, explains: “Last year nature was my sanctuary.

“The ability of the natural world to inspire us, promote us and help us, heal and grow, is limitless and has been understood for generations.

“Through nature, we can fully understand the true networking of all things, the importance of balance and the meaning of renewal and resilience.

“The connection to nature helps us to experience a deeper feeling for ourselves, the world around us and to experience each other.”

This feeling is further extended in the caption, which explains: “This year's week for mental health, we celebrate the longstanding connection of mankind to nature and its ability to inspire us and to help us heal and grow in mind, body and mind.

“If we face the challenges of an increasingly complex and digital world, the importance of the connection between humanity and nature is even more important.”

The caption said that the film material will be part of a series that will be “a memory and reflection of the beauty and complexity of human experience.

“It is a tribute to the lessons that we can learn from nature and can help us to promote our own growth and to strengthen our bonds to the world around us and to strengthen each other,” concluded the caption before Kate was personally signed by Kate.

Kate has always been a passionate lawyer for nature

It is not the first time that the Princess of Wales praised the healing power of nature. Last year she talked about how the outside world comfort and consolation made while undertooking cancer treatment.

Kate spoke as a patron saint for the Natural History Museum, which had started his new Urban Nature project: “I know how to support the power of nature, our development and well -being by giving ourselves joy and helping ourselves to keep physically, mentally and spiritually healthy.

“I support the museum's commitment to create a special space that encourages people of all ages to connect with nature again and to learn more about how we can protect our natural world.

“I hope these gardens will be inspiring and transformative for the thousands of people who visit.”
