The 14-year-old boy who was injured in the ATV Rollover crash in the Hopkins City Street

A 14-year-old boy from Hopkins suffered minor injuries on Monday evening when the ATV, which he worked, overturned in a city road in Hopkins, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 6.13 p.m. at the intersection of the East Barnard Street and 3rd Street.

The soldiers reported that the Arctic Cat ATV withdrew from 2006 when the driver turned too much, which stormed the vehicle. The boy wore a helmet at the time of the incident.

He was transported by Nodaway County Ems with minor injuries to the Mosaic Medical Center in Maryville. The ATV suffered minor damage and was removed from the scene by the owner.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol was supported by the sheriff department of the Nodaway County and the Nodaway County Ems.
