Accident violated two in Corinth; Slightly accused with DWI

Two young people were injured and a minor for drunk driving after a crash in Saratoga County on Sunday.

It happened shortly before 7 a.m. on County Route 24 in the city of Corinth. The driver drove east in the Fuller Road when he passed a stop sign and crossed the County Route 24 before he landed in an embankment.

The driver had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.10%, said the Sheriff office of the Saratoga County. The legal limit is 0.08%.

Three passengers were in the vehicle. Two of them were 15 years old or younger. A passenger was brought to the Albany Center for facial injuries and pain on the shoulder, hip and pelvis, the investigators said. The second passenger had a headache and was treated at the scene. The third passenger was not injured.

The driver, the name of which is not released due to age, was accused with two cases of heavy DWI, DWI, who operated a motor vehicle with a BAC of 0.08% or more.

The minor was released for pre -judicial services.

The examination continues.
