The teenager was sentenced to prison for a knife -like death in Marshfield, Mo.

Marshfield, Mo. (Ky3) -A judge of the Webster County condemned a teenager from Marshfield in June 2023 to twelve years in prison to achieve a fatal stabbing.

In December, Thomas Smith Jr. Smith was convicted of nine years for involuntary manslaughter and were charged for three years to the other two years, one of those who were in charge of prison with the nine -year prison sentence.

The officials reacted to a house in the 600 block of the East Third Street. The police found Shawn Ellingburg, 52, dead from stab wounds. The police arrested Smith and another young person about an hour after the incident, just a few blocks away from the house.

The investigators say that an argument led to the man's death.

Alissa Staples from Marshfield is charged with the second degree murder and armed criminal measures. Your provisional hearing will take place next month.
