BREC Bassinger shares the favorite death sequence in the final target franchise

Fifteen years after the end of the last chapter, death has found a new way back. 'Final Destination: Bloodlines', the sixth episode of the beloved supernatural horror franchise, arrives with a terrifying premise and a fresh line -up – including “Stargirl” Alum Brec Bassinger, which promises this time: “The fear cuts a little lower.”

In an interview with her casting in the film, BREC calls her pretty “surreal” India Today Digital. “I did a lot of different things, but especially in this film and this franchise – it is as if my generation grew up,” says BRC. “My colleagues are all so excited.

Directed by Zach Lipovsky and Adam B Stein with a script by Guy Bussick and Lori Evans Taylor from a story that was developed alongside 'Spider-Man: Homecomings' Jon Watts' Jon Watts,' Bloodlines' is a direct continuation of 2009 of 'The End-Destination'. This time the film follows a premonition, generations from 1968, with a college student (played by Kaitlyn Santa Juana), who discovered her grandmother, who once escaped death during a collapse of the tower. The terrifying turn? Your entire bloodline should never exist.

Bassinger plays a key role in this cursed family tree, which is trapped in a network of the inevitable fate. But even though she was a long -time fan of the series, she was not quite prepared for the sheer scale of production. “I was not prepared or didn't know how big the production was,” she recalls. “Our sets were massive. They built an entire SkyView restaurant on a sound stage. I remember that I only saw the size and size of the sets – I had never experienced it before.”

Although “Final Destination” films are known for their creative deaths for chain reaction, Bassinger says that fear is rather grounded in this case because it depends on the universal, inevitable truth of mortality.

“This is the greatest fear of fear with this special franchise,” she says. “Many horror films are like” Ah, ghosts, they won't lie down with me. “But death is something that we cannot cheat.

She still remembers the one death scene from the franchise, which has left an indellent impression. “The gymnastics scene,” she says without hesitation. “I had clips from this Tikkok and Instagram. I think that is because I once looked through it. Now it appears all the time. And every time I see it, I am like 'ugh', it is scarred me.”

The filming of 'Bloodlines' also came with his own moments with high stakes. “It is half a second in the film. You blink, you miss it,” she says. “But on the set it was so scary to me. They moist this guy that is already on fire and I had to duck behind the bar. I thought what if I crazy at the wrong time and they said:” You just don't do the wrong time. “So I don't play anymore – I'm really just afraid of my life.”

She adds: “We just wanted to make a attitude with the fire sector because they actually set fire to people. I felt this pressure to make it perfect – not just not to be burned, but also because this type had to be on fire. So I'm really proud of this moment.”

When asked who she wants to come back to, as if she had to be born back in the “final goal”, she replies immediately: “Completely biased, but I will say Ali Larter. Just because I think she's such a boss, cool woman. So I choose her.”

With a Legacy occupation that Tony Todd and a fresh line -up of Santa Juana, Teo Briones, Owen Patrick Joyner and Richard Harmon includes. “End goal: Bloodlines” restarts the franchise With emotional depth, high concept horror and many glasses.
