Two 911 dispatchers, Kacy Rafferty and Alicia Rivera, are honored for their extraordinary service during an incident in the Aliante Resort and Casino with the Good Ticket Award.

The dispatchers played a crucial role in the management of several emergency calls after murder and a subsequent high -speed hunt.
