Las Vegas (KSNV) – Two 911 dispatchers, Kacy Rafferty and Alicia Rivera, are honored for their extraordinary service during an incident in the Aliante Resort and Casino with the Good Ticket Award.

The dispatchers played a crucial role in the management of several emergency calls after murder and a subsequent high -speed hunt.

In a recorded 911 call, a victim described the shattering experience: “He had a gun on his head. He had a gun, so he is armed,” said the victim. The call Taker replied: “So you are the victim. Ok.”

The victim continued: “My phone was in the car. He just told me that I should get the car out. So I rolled out of the car.” When asked whether the suspect took the car with him, the victim confirmed: “Yes. He drives that.”

The police reported that the chase exceeded speeds of 100 miles per hour when the suspect tried to escape the conquest. During the persecution, the suspect collided with a bus stop and injured two people.

Rafferty and Rivera were significantly involved in calming down victims and passing important information to civil servants, which ultimately led to the suspect's arrest.
