When is the 2025 NFL time plan publication?

The NFL announced that the full NFL time plan from 2025 will be released on Wednesday, May 14th at 8 p.m. The schedule publication show is located in the NFL network and in streaming on NFL+.

Before the schedule is completely published, the NFL and its Broadcast partners will reveal games presented on the 2025 schedule. Yesterday Fox, NBA and Prime published some schedule updates. Take a look at the remaining schedule for Broadcast partner below:

When does the 2025 NFL season begin?

We have known since the Super Bowl that defending champion Philadelphia Eagles will organize the 2025 season in week 1 on Thursday, September 4th. On Monday, May 12th, it became known that the Eagles would play against their NFC Ost -Rival Dallas Cowboys. The game starts at 8:20 p.m. ET on NBC.

Fox Saturday Doubleheader

On Monday, May 12th, Tom Brady announced a special Saturday double header in advance. Below you will find the games on the weekend in December:

NFL Black Friday Game

This year Prime on Black Friday, November 28, 2025, will broadcast a game. This will be the third year in a row in which a game was played that day. The 2025 Edition shows the Chicago Bears against the Philadelphia Eagles.

2025 international games

Seven international games will take place in 2025, including three in London. Take a look at the full list of locations and the NFL host teams/matchups below:

2025 Christmas Day

This year the NFL is expanding its footprint to three games on Christmas Day. Netflix will radiate the first two games, with Amazon broadcasting the third. Prime announced the third and last matchup of the day – Denver Broncos against Kansas City Chiefs.

How is the NFL time plan determined?

The NFL has detailed rules about how the schedule will come together. Take a look at the following details:

• Each team plays 17 regular season games.
• Each team receives a goodbye week.
• The teams change alternative seasons in which they organize nine regular seasonal games and a game in the pre -season or eight regular seasonal games and two pre -season games.
• Each team has six games against divisional opponents – two against each team, one at home and one on the street.
• Each team has four games against teams of a division within its conference – two games at home and two.
• Each team has four games against teams of a division in the other conference – two games at home and two.
• Each team has two games against teams from the two remaining departments in their own conference – a game at home and one on the street. Matchups are based on the past season's divisional tin.
• The 17th game for every team is an additional game against a non-conference opponent of a division that the team should not play. Matchups are based on the past season's divisional tin.
