Woman quoted for Ovi after a rollover crash

A woman from West Mansfield was quoted on Friday evening, May 9th, under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs after she had supposedly tried to avoid a deer and plunge her vehicle.

The MPs of the Sheriff office of the Logan County reacted to a report on a Rollover crash at around 11:30 p.m. near the 3681 township Road 136.

On arrival, the MPs found a Honda pilot from 2021 on his top towards the east on the western lane of Tr 136.

The driver of the Honda, Judith Dunn, 38, reported reported on site.

Dunn told the MP that she had traveled to Tr 136 to the east when she broke out and over -corrected a deer. The vehicle then stormed to the extreme.

The MPs discovered an alcohol alcohol from Dunn. Because also observed that her eyes were glassy and that she was unsafe on her feet.

The driver rejected the walk-and-gymnast part of the field soberness tests and was arrested for Ovi.

Dunn was also quoted for failure of the control.

The damage to the vehicle was deactivated and was towed out of the scene.

A woman from East Liberty Area suffered possible injuries in a one-vehicle accident on Monday, May 5, in the 2800 block of the Township Road 55.

The 29-year-old Karolyn Rivera drove to TR 55 with a Toyota CH-R in a west direction from Toyota CH-R when her vehicle hit the right side of the street and hit a tree in Logan County.

Rivera, who was wearing a seat belt, was transported by Tri-Valley Ems to Mary Rutan Hospital.

The vehicle suffered the deactivation damage and was towed out of the scene.
