Sean 'Diddy' Combs Sex Crimes Trial: Day 2 Live updates

Sean “Diddy” Combs' blockbuster test will continue on Tuesday, May 13th, for a second day.

The long -awaited procedure before the Federal Supreme Court in Manhattan began on Monday with opening statements. The prosecutors painted a picture of combs as a violent person who led a criminal company and take part in the compulsion of people with drugs, threats and physical violence – to participate in orchestrated sex files, which are called “freak -offs”.

According to the authorities, Combs' Enterprise is bound to sexual abuse, drug crimes, arson and kidnapping offenses.

The lawyers of Combs countered that the public prosecutor divided into his private sex life, and said that the allegations could represent domestic violence, but not the sex trade.

The rap mogul was charged with sex trade, blackmail and means of transport for prostitution. He has not guilty and denies all misconduct.

The jury heard on Monday by Israel Florez, a former security officer in the Intercontinental Hotel in Los Angeles, who said that he had seen the consequences of Diddy's alleged attack by 2016 on Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, his ex-girlfriend, who was forced by freak parts. According to Florez, Combs tried to bribe it with $ 100,000 in order to stay calm and get rid of CCTV evidence.

The jury also heard from Daniel Phillip, a male escort that said that he had overturned Ventura after paying him for sex.

On Tuesday, jurors are expected to hear testimonies from Ventura, the government's star.
