Suspected in a fatal false route against Dallas North Garway

According to the Texas Ministry of Public Security, a driver who was involved in a fatal accident accident in whom the Dallas North Tollway was completed for several hours early Monday.

In a press release on Tuesday, the department says that it was still examining the crash, which took place shortly after 1:20 a.m. on the toll railway near the Royal Lane. The wreck with several vehicles closed south for over four hours and led to a traffic jam for commuters in the early morning.

A vehicle drove north to the lanes towards the south when it turned off an 18-wheel side side wiping railway before climbing another car directly, the press release says.

A DPS spokesman identified the alleged drunk driver as Michael Majewski, 50, from Arlington. He was listed in a critical condition after he was brought to Parkland Memorial Hospital for treatment, according to the press release.

According to the department, there were five people in the third vehicle that was involved in the frontal collision.

Among them was the 28-year-old Trania Jackson by Cedar Hill declared dead at the scene, the authorities said. The others in the car were transported to hospitals with what was described by DPS as incompetent or serious injuries.

According to the department, the 18-wheel driver was not injured.
