What Jaylen Brown for Celtics Erbe can do to Jayson Tatum injury

Jaylen Brown has the chance to play heroes in a potential last trip with the Boston Celtics.

The Superteam Trails 3-1 in the second round series and may also proceed for the next season without Jayson Tatum, who broke his right Achilles tendon on Monday on Monday.

There is a chance that Tatum and Brown both play together in Celtics uniforms. Boston's expensive squad is due this summer for a salary shutdown that would have brown in the mixture. That shouldn't be the focus yet, because while the chances of returning to the series are slim, the series is certainly not over for the Celtics.

There is still a lot of capable talent, but Boston needs more of his starters. Brown only shot 25% from the three-point area in game 4 with a handful of sales. He has to lead through his game and produce like a superstar to give the Celtics every chance, to stun the kinks and to keep hope for life.

Now Brown has already shown that he can. This is the reigning final of the Eastern Conference and the NBA final MVP, about which we are talking about here. The Celtics need an inflamed spark and Brown has to show that he can make it available.

Brown and Tatum have always done it together, but this is an opportunity for Brown to increase his résumé as No. 1 if he can lead the Celtics out of an insurmountable hole.
