Atlanta Shelter Death was murdered; Man arrested

ATLANTA – – A man who was assumed that he died of natural causes in an animal shelter in an animal shelter in the city center of Atlanta was later found as the victim of a murder.

The police say that this led to the arrest of a suspect.

The background story:

Jason Gardella was found on January 21 at 3:10 p.m. in the Gateway Center in the 275 Pryor Street SW.

Atlanta police officer responded to an injured person's report and informed Grady Ems that Gardella had died.

At that time it was assumed that his death was for natural reasons.

The Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office later found that Gardella died as a result of a head injury.

This finding was reported to the Atlanta investigators on February 12, the police said.

After an investigation, murder detectives received a probable reason to raise Edward Dennis, 34, with murder.

Dennis, who earned earlier arrests in Georgia, including charges for disability, marijuana, shop theft, serious bodily harm, possession of a firearm during a criminal and armed robbery, was taken into custody on April 9 and booked to Fulton County's prison.
