Charge: The suspect drove over 100 miles per hour before fatal crash

A man from St. Paul is charged after killing a man in an accident on Sunday.

According to court files, which were submitted in Ramsey County, 30 -year -old Paw Moo Htoo, 30, was charged on Tuesday for a criminal vehicle murder.

The officers were appointed to the crossing of the Arlington Avenue and the Dale Street in St. Paul at around 7:30 p.m. at around 7:30 p.m. to cross a crash, according to the criminal complaint.

The law enforcement agencies found a Volvo XC90 with a large, “catastrophic” delle on the driver's side. The driver of the Volvo was spent from the vehicle and declared dead at the scene.

A witness to the crash told the police that she drove north in the Dale Street when she saw a Honda Accord, which drove around 90 miles an hour west on the Arlington Avenue. The agreement then plunged into the Volvo when the Volvo entered the intersection to go south in the Dale Street, the witness informed the law enforcement authorities.

The officials spoke to the driver of the agreement, who was later identified as HTOO. A strong smell of alcohol came from him and, according to the criminal complaint, he did not react very much to civil servants.

HTOO was brought to the Hospital region for treatment and a blood sample, according to the authorities. Htoo stayed in the hospital by Tuesday afternoon.

In the complaint, the law enforcement authorities made nine empty beer cans found in the HTOO vehicle.

A first examination shows that HTOo drove over 100 miles per hour at the time of the crash.
