Woman attacked by teenagers when they tried to rob them; Crime was recorded in front of the camera

A woman in the Otterbein neighborhood was the victim of an attempted robbery after meeting a group of teenagers who wore the skim masks and dark clothing.

The incident occurred when she parked her car and her suspicion was raised immediately when the group looked directly at her vehicle.

“They looked directly into my car, I looked at her directly. I thought it was suspicious,” she said.

The woman waited in her vehicle until she believed that the group was over, but she was waiting for her on a corner. It was then faced by the five young people.

“One came out, asked about my key, I leaned away. Since I was basically at home, I thought I could get away pretty quickly. When I refused, she turned and put me straight into my jaw,” she said.

The Baltimore police reported that the attacker was a 17-year-old woman who had identified her shortly after the victim had identified her. However, the teenager is only charged with a second degree because of assault.

“One of them grabbed me, they all try to grab everything out of my pockets,” said the victim.

Although all suspects were identified, no other arrests were made. The victim expressed frustration about the lack of measures against the other people involved.

“We thought you might do it [charge them with] Accessoire, “she said.

The 17-year-old was released on a ankle monitor to her, so the victim worried about potential retaliation.

“We do not know where they live. Praise them nearby, as if they were only ankle monitoring, as if they are doing the police for a long time when they try to retress because I retire and I tried to protect myself,” she said.

The victim suffered a hairline on her jaw and several strokes on the back of the head during the attack.

“You hit my jaw several times. Breaked, hair break on my jaw. Several times on my back of my head,” she said.

The Baltimore police said that the 17-year-old woman was a repeat offender with earlier arrest for stolen cars and burglary.

The victim had unbelief about the lack of stricter laws for repeat offenders.

“If you repeat a robbery and if you hurt someone it is violent, you know that I don't really understand why he would let him go or why there are no stricter laws,” she said.
