Netflix '' masterpiece 'from Oscar -win “Creative Genius”, which is like love and robot

The fans say that it always sees that way

Netflix 'masterful horror series by Guillermo del Toro is a must for fans of Love Death and robots.

The audience is preparing to devour the latest chapter of the animated anthology series as a band Four on Thursday (May 15th). In view of the bite -sized nature of the episodes, it will not take long for the spectators to go to their next idle show.

Fortunately, there is already a series that fits the bill. Although this series has been flying a bit under the radar since its debut in 2022 and comparing with Hit Black Mirror, it comes from the brilliant spirit of the renowned filmmaker Guillermo del Toro.

Cabinet of Curiosity sees the director, which was awarded the Oscar, as a creator, executive producer and co-showrunner, who brings together a number of groundbreaking and gene-definent stories in order to question our conventional understanding of horror.

From the macabre to magical, the Gothic to grotesque or simply creepy, these eight refined and dark stories (including two original stories written by Del Toro) are brought to life from a hand -picked team of writers and directors, reports Surrey Live.

Most of these episodes offer a film film -like term of 38 to 64 minutes each. In view of their intensive nature, the audience may be able to endure just one episode per night.

It achieved an excellent 93%with Rotten tomatoes. The majority of the critics asked horror and anthology enthusiasts to add this series to their must-watch list.

A reviewer extended: “Guillermo del Toro's cabinet of the curiosities is like a wonderful night full of stories by the campfire with beautifully designed sets and talented players. It is a selection of curiosities and eerie sights that are a safe, strange joy.”

Another admitted the recommendation: “If you are a fan of horror from the old school, Slashers, Body Horror or one of del Toros films, this anthology is a must.”

The show also received high notes from fans, with one described as “masterfully”. Another described it as “masterpiece. The best horror series I've ever seen.”

An online commentator added: “I love such shows, remember a little of love and robot. The best thing about horror films and shows is the structure and anticipation, and these episodes are almost only structured.”

A fan took part in the social media to share: “Astonishing series. Every episode has a fascinating style to scare or enthusiastically frightened or enthusiastic in a fabulous atmosphere, which is extremely suitable for horror. Some episode have an excellent plot that frightened the audience without usual horror things such as jumping papers. That's why I loved the series.”

There is a flood of chattering on Reddit, in which fans make a case for why those who skip the series should make a vertebrae. Or even why it is worth a second (or third) clock for die -hard fans.

A Redditor announced her enthusiasm and posted: “I loved this series. Guillermo del Toro is a creative genius. I saw the series again several times.”

Another mixed with high praise: “I thought it was phenomenal. The autopsy was literally perfect (I saw it at least 30 times, the original short story is also great). The appearance was amazing that it was strange and had a really great end, the inspection was also a popular, really good atmosphere.”
