It is not every day on which you can find out that your ex has given an injunction over a livestream, but that was the case with rapper DDG.

The 27-year-old rapper was apparently surprised when he loosened with Adin Ross with Adin Ross when the news broke that his former friend Halle Bailey had received an injunction against him. This development, which was first reported by TMZ, includes allegations of physical abuse in which the couple's child is involved.

The 25-year-old Bailey claimed that the incident took place in January when DDG visited her to pick up her one-year-old son. She claimed that he had become aggressive during a conversation about the visit, shouted at her and hit her face into the steering wheel, which gave her tooth and bruises.

Bailey said she stayed in the car out of concern for her child's safety and later told DDG's family what happened. The incident prompted her to submit photos of her injury together with an injunction.

When Baileys was announced, DDG and Ross streamed by a clothing store live. The film material visibly pointed to the news.

DDG seemed stunned and quiet as Ross tried to comfort him and said: “DDG is a good guy, and these are all wrong stories.”

The duration of the injunction has not yet been disclosed, and it remains unclear whether the rapper will talk about it.

The judge ordered DDG, whose legal name Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr. is to keep away from Bailey and her 17 -month -old son Halo until a hearing on June 6th.

“During our relationship,” said Bailey in documents in which he applied for the command, “was Daryl and is and continues to be physically, verbally, emotionally and financially abusive towards me. I am looking for orders to protect me and our son Halo from his ongoing abuse.”

The couple was in a relationship from 2022 to last year, and since his separation there have been “several actions of physical violence,” said Bailey.

In the incident in January, she told DDG she repeatedly called a “B — H” when she tried to strap her boy in a seat in his car.

“The next thing I knew became physically,” said Bailey in the documents. “We fought each other, wrestling and mucking. At some point Darryl pulled my hair. Then he hit my face onto the steering wheel and let my tooth broke off. I then stopped fighting when I had in great pain.”

Halle Bailey and DDG began in 2022 with the argument before dividing two years later in 2024

Then, in March, she said DDG entered her house when she was not at home and wrote a photo of her bed together with a threatening message that indicates that she had sex with other men.

A few days later, Bailey claimed that he insulted her when she didn't want to send her sick baby with her during a visit, and smashed the ring camera on her veranda when he realized that it recorded the confrontation.

She said when she called a relative for help, he took her phone and climbed into his car and hit the door on her when she held the baby.

The Little Mermaid Star also asked to order Granberry, no longer use its streaming platforms on Twitch and YouTube to turn his fans against them.

“Whenever he wants to upset himself, he begins to make me difficult to make me several million fans,” she said in the documents and added: “He claims that I hold back our son and I am with other men. As a result, I get threats and hate on social media.”
