New DOJ policy means that heat crimes and drug king pins | Base page

The Ministry of Justice (DOJ) moves the enforcement of all the most hideous employees in the background and takes an investigation into drug queens, illegal immigration and sanctions in advance, said Matthew Galeotti, head of the Doj Criminal Police, on Monday.

“The Criminal Division turns a new page about the enforcement of employees and companies,” said Galeotti at the AML conference of the securities industry and the Financial Markets Association in Washington, DC, “Excessive enforcement and untouched corporate investigations, restricting innovation, reducing prosperity and effectiveness,” he said.

The comprehensive changes in the criminal department are only part of the multi-clerks of the Trump government from the enforcement of corporate crimes and to investigate illegal immigrants, money laundering by international drug cartels and human trafficking. In February, Trump granted an executive regulation in which a six -month moratorium on the enforcement of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) searched by the Doj, a law that aims to contain bribes. In April it ended the corporate monitorhip of Glencore, which was imposed due to alleged violations of FCPA.
