77-year-old woman seriously injured in the crash in the parking lot of the Cape Cod Grocery Store

A 77-year-old woman was seriously injured on Tuesday afternoon after the police announced to get back to a pedestrian and several cars in a parking lot on the grocery store.

The incident occurred shortly before 3:40 p.m. on May 13th in the parking lot of the Shaw food business in the 9 west around Rd. In Orleans, according to the police.

The 77-year-old woman returned from a parking lot when her vehicle suddenly accelerated, the police said.

The woman met several other cars on the property and a pedestrian, said the Orleans police.

The pedestrian did not have life -threatening injuries from the crash.

The 77-year-old woman, who was seriously injured by the collisions of the first aid, the “on site”, the police said.

The woman was taken to the Cape Cod Hospital. According to the police, their condition was unknown until Wednesday morning.

The incident is examined by the Orleans Police Department and the Cape CoD Regional Crash Reconstruction Team.
