Robbinsville-Frau, who was arrested after the 5-year-old's death

Robbinsville – A woman Robbinsville was arrested because he had endangered the well -being of a child after an examination by the public prosecutor of Mercer County and the Robbinsville police in Mercer County.

On Sunday evening, April 27th, the police reacted to a municipal discount because of a not reacting five -year -old girl. The child was taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton, where it was declared dead shortly after arrival.

The 36-year-old Raphaelle Register was arrested and accused on Monday, April 28, 2025, because four charges of second degree had endangered the well-being of a child. The public prosecutor has submitted an application for detention of its upcoming procedure.

According to the criminal complaint, the register had a legal obligation to look after two five-year-olds, an eight-year-old and a 12-year-old who supposedly left her unattended. The complaint also states that she did not adequately fed and fed the five -year -olds and granted access to the necessary medical treatment, which misused or neglected the children.

An autopsy was carried out by the Middlesex Regional Medical Examiner's Office. The cause and type of death of the child are in further tests and examinations.
