A fatal encounter

Al-Din recently acquired the lions with plans to tame him in a cage together with other exotic animals on his property. However, the situation became tragic when the lion suddenly excluded. According to the outlet, the neighbor, who heard al-Dins scream, hurried to help and reached for a Kalashnikov rifle to save him. After the neighbor had fired seven shots, he was able to kill the lion, as the Shafaq news agency confirms. The consequences

Rescue services arrived at the crime scene and Al-Din's body was transported to the Al-Sadr Medical City Hospital in NAJAF. Since then, the police have initiated an investigation of the incident. The authorities announced the Rudaw News Network that the lion was put down after refusing to leave the remains of his owner.

The death of Al-Din follows a similar event in Kenya, in which a 14-year-old girl was killed by a lion. The lion, which was assumed that he had fled from the Nairobi National Park, entered a residential area on the outskirts of the city and attacked the girl to pull her away. A friend of the victim triggered the alarm and the Kenya Wildlife Service Ranger later found the girl's body with serious injuries.
